My 5 year old daughter has a Western themed preschool graduation party. I thought it would be fun to dress her up as a cowgirl. I am too cheap to go out and buy a jean skirt so I thought I'd make one myself. I looked online and found a place for instructions at http://www.notmartha.org/tomake/jeanskirt. I'd heard about a no-sew skirt and used my stitch witchery instead of sewing. 
Here are my daughters jeans
Used the seam ripper to rip the inside seams.
Cut the jeans, added a piece in the middle and ironed together. Here's the front
and here's the back.

Cute!!! Mom is bringing home a pair of Cierra's jeans to do the same thing. Can't wait!!
